He serves as CEO of Tech Bloc and Co-founder of the Better Futures Institute. He also spearheaded the development of San Antonio’s 311 mobile application, a platform that transformed how residents interact with their city and address local issues.
Tech Bloc is a nonprofit organization driving San Antonio’s tech-focused economic growth. Guided by three pillars — Networking, Advocacy, and Economic Development — it works to unite the city’s tech community, champion pro-innovation policies, and attract the talent and investment needed to build a stronger economy.
The Better Futures Institute is a nonprofit dedicated to addressing urban and social challenges in San Antonio and across the South Texas Triangle. Its work sits at the intersection of technology, data, design, media, and workforce development. As the region navigates questions of growth, equity, and sustainability, BFI is helping communities shape a future that is inclusive, data-informed, and grounded in local collaboration.
